The UpLift E7 Ergonomic Standing Mat is $79 and made from 100 percent polyurethane. That should mean it’s high quality and will last for quite a while, though UpLift says in the directions to remove your shoes for longer life of the mat, so it may not be ideally designed for an office environment. For more details about how materials and construction affect mat quality, take a look at The Real Differences Between the Best Standing Mats and the Worst.
The mat is 25.1″ x 21.4″ x 3.1″ (at the thickest point).
The most interesting part of this mat is the textured surface. It allows you to switch postures and positions while standing. There is a rest bar at the front of the mat to let you massage your feet when they get tired. You can also use this front bar to stretch your calves. There are also massage mounds on the outer edges for targeted stretching of the arches of your feet or your ankles.
