The Stand Up Desk Store Single-Motor DIY Standing Desk Frame aims to fit into the middle zone of standing desk frames with a price of $399, but it doesn’t quite hit the mark. This is a crowded price range of base frames, already inhabited with options from UpLift, Fully, iMovR, Autonomous and more. Not to mention, VIVO and FEZiBO make frames that are significantly cheaper.
And that’s the main issue with the Stand Up Desk Store Single-Motor frame, it doesn’t stick out. A five-year warranty props it above the bargain basement frames, but with only one color, no programmable height presets and a weak weight capacity, there’s really no reason to think this frame is worth selecting over others in a similar price range. Plus, the single-stage legs (2 leg segments) mean it will not be very stable at standing height.
